Hi, I'm Lauren Springer

I want to create better hiring experiences for everyone involved in the process! As the owner and founder of our Recruiting and HR consulting firm, I strive to create a pragmatic, empathetic, and collaborative process that helps my clients achieve their goals.

For the past 15 years, I’ve helped build recruiting teams and functions for startups and Fortune 500 companies throughout the US.
